For new business placed with initial effective dates of coverage between Feb. 1 and July 31, 2012, you can earn a bonus if you place two or more Specialty Lines of Coverage, each with the same initial effective month of coverage, with the same group. Group medical coverage with the group must be placed in the same initial effective month of coverage as the Specialty Line(s) of Coverage to qualify for the "with group medical" bonus amount. This bonus is eligible for cases with at least two enrolled and fewer than 99 eligible employees.

In addition to the bonuses detailed above, for new business with initial effective months of coverage between Feb 1 and July 31, 2012, you'll earn an additional bonus if your new medical and/or specialty business is received for clean case processing on or before the 20th of the month before the initial coverage effective month of the new business.
Introducing the Welcome Back Bonus
Earn a $1,000 bonus if the Agent of Record added no new group medical business in 2011 and writes at least 25 new group medical subscribers in 2012 in aggregate across one of more new groups, with at least two enrolled and 99 or fewer eligible employees. This bonus will be paid within 60 days after the end of the calendar quarter in which the Agent of Record qualified.
