I wanted to write a personal note to you, one of our valued brokers, to alert you to some important changes taking place here at Resource Brokerage effective January 1, 2012.
I will be stepping down as President and CVO and moving into the position of Chairman of the Board as well as Acting Director of the Life, Disability, Long Term Care, and Annuity Division of Resource Brokerage. Blair Farwell, as has been in the planning stages for ten years, will be taking over the well-earned position of President and CEO of Resource Brokerage. I am proud of the growth that Blair has effected and feel very confident and assured of giving him the reins. I know he will continue to make Resource Brokerage one of the premier brokerage agencies in the Midwest. We have worked very hard to make this a seamless transition for you.
